For markets, fairs & festivals · Made in Canada
Every vendor’s sales, live.
Commission, done.
Vendors keep selling the way they already do: connect their card machine, or enter their totals at the end of the day. You see sales across the whole event, booth fees tracked, the commission each vendor owes, and one reconciled report when it’s over.

How it works
Three steps. No spreadsheets.
- 01
Set up your event
Name, dates, your commission rate and booth fee. Per-vendor overrides when a deal is different.
- 02
Send each vendor a private link
They connect their card machine in about a minute, or enter their totals with a photo of their receipt. Cash-heavy crowd? Run a token booth.
- 03
Watch it live, close it clean
Sales update through the night. When it’s over, one reconciled report, plus a statement for every vendor.
Features
Everything between doors open and the final payout.
Live sales, whole event
Every vendor on one screen, refreshed every minute while you’re open. See who’s connected, who still needs to report, and what’s moving.
Commission, calculated
On net sales, tips excluded, refunds handled. Worked out once per vendor, so the cents add up.
Booth fees, tracked
Vendors see how to pay you by Interac e-Transfer, with a reference code. Mark paid, send one-tap reminders.
Token booth built in
Sell tokens, redeem them per vendor, count the cash drawer, and know exactly what you owe each vendor.
One reconciled report
PDF and CSV for you and your bookkeeper, plus a statement each vendor can download themselves. Plain-language warnings for anything that doesn’t add up.
However vendors sell
Card machine connected (Square today; Clover and Shopify coming), self-reported totals with proof, or tokens. Mix all three at one event.
Your money stays yours.
Booth fees go straight to your own e-Transfer email. Card machine access is read-only: Vauren can’t take payments, move money or change anything in a vendor’s account, and never sees card numbers.
We show you what’s owed. You collect it, the way you already do.
